The guys at EXPRESS gardening need to improve the communication problem, which left people puzzled by how their order is going. I have purchased a lot of plants from garden express in the past year. I am very satisfied with the service, all the plants arrived healthy and carefully packed. I would buy again.
IMO scammers, you owe me £45 Garden Express 72 days later, haven't contacted or refunded me yet, scammers 1 year later, haven't contacted me for a replacement or refund yet. The tree plus postage costs £36.98, plus the cost of a tree box if I can find one plus another postage of £6.99 - this makes it a very expensive purchase and I wouldn't pay that amount of money in a garden center for this plant. I ordered Gardening Express and contacted them about a plant they provided, as it showed no sign of growth. I called Gardening Express on 01245 442511 I spoke to a customer service manager several times on this number, you just need to call and finally it's answered, since I think it's the head office.
I called Gardening Express on 01245 442511 I spoke to a customer service manager several times on this number, you just need to call and finally it is answered like at the head office. Gardening Express isn't interested in customer service on a chat line, they said it's for us to return roses for viewing. Consumers complaining about Gardening Express often mention customer service, business standards, and dead plant issues. I ordered my plants almost 3 weeks ago, I have tried to contact Gardening Express through their “help bot” that never responds.
As an experienced gardener, I hope to try to keep them going, but as summer draws to a close, most stocks are likely to die out. I contacted Gardening Express (via chat), who asked for a photo and sent one of the two trees side by side. OF COURSE, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL WARN ALL MY GARDENING FRIENDS (AND ANYONE ELSE I TALK TO) OF HOW BAD GARDENING EXPRESS IS.
